Hello!
I am so glad you have made your way here...I am grateful for your presence.
I have just returned from the 2011 Asilomar Experience conference and had an amazing time connecting with new like-minded folks and I feel totally blessed to get the opportunity to share what I do with more new people. I facilitated a workshop on Friday and danced on Wednesday. Both were much fun and very fulfilling.
I have a few other exciting things, coming soon, that I want to share, too.....
First off, is my DVD RELEASE! My first Movement Meditation Journey DVD entitled 'Dance Into Knowing You Are Worthy' will be released on SEPTEMBER 12th. If you ever struggle with your own worthiness, this journey is for you. The DVD will include one 75 minute movement meditation journey called 'Dance Into Knowing You Are Worthy' and features music by Robin Hackett, Michael Raphael and more awesome New Thought artists.The DVD will also include a shorter Affirmative Prayer movement meditation journey that is tailored to remind your of your personal greatness and the value of your uniqueness and the gifts you bring to the world.
I am so grateful to have captured the final footage for this project while I was at Asilomar last week....by the sea...so beautiful!!!! So much fun to do that kind of 'work'! : )
